Delivery and shipping

  • Shipping time depends on your order, including your city and payment method. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days, excluding Fridays and Saturdays (which are not business days), as well as public holidays such as Eid, Saudi National Day, and Saudi National Day. Delivery on holidays may take up to 10 business days.
  • Delivery also depends on customer acceptance and scheduling a delivery time with the Al-Amoudi team or the shipping team. If the customer cannot be contacted at the scheduled time, delivery will be delayed, and Al-Amoudi Home Appliances will not be held liable.
  • Shipping costs range from SAR 19 for orders under 10 kg to SAR 150 for orders over 10 kg.

We have the right to cancel your order in the following cases:

  • Failure to pay for purchases when due.
  • Failure to provide us with the information required for product delivery within the timeframe we specify.
  • Failure to allow us to deliver products to you within a reasonable timeframe, or failure to receive them.
  • In case of stock shortage.
  • If our delivery of the product is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you. We will take steps to minimize the impact of the delay, including offering discounts on shipping costs, up to and including a full refund.
  • The products become your property and responsibility once we deliver them to your delivery address and you have paid for them in full.
  • An electronic invoice will be issued and sent to you via email.
  • If you request to return the shipment before it leaves the final delivery point, you will receive a full refund of the shipment price plus shipping costs.
  • The company reserves the right to cancel the order if the customer delays or postpones delivery (more than three delivery attempts). If the product was prepaid, the refund will be issued using the same payment method.
  • The company reserves the right to postpone delivery if the customer does not answer the company representative’s calls (more than three attempts).
  • If the customer is unable to make the scheduled delivery, a new delivery date will be scheduled after the customer contacts customer service.
