Return and Exchange Policy

1. The consumer has the right to exchange or return the item within 14 days of purchase if it is in its original condition (unused) and in its original packaging.

2. The consumer has the right to exchange or return the item from the first day of purchase up to 30 days if the item has a manufacturing defect and is accompanied by a written technical report from the manufacturer or importer.

3. The original purchase invoice must be included.

4. The refund will be issued using the same payment method.

5. After the 30-day warranty period expires, the customer is responsible for any exchange, return, or maintenance requests from the manufacturer or importer according to the warranty terms, without any liability on the part of Shahbour Company.

6. Personal care devices, mobile phones, computers, laptops, and their accessories may only be exchanged or returned in the case of a manufacturing defect, provided that a written technical report from the manufacturer or importer is included, as mentioned above.
